I’m Liah, my passion is to help women feel safe and worthy so they can fully embrace themselves and life.

I’m a somatic practitioner and trauma-informed coach, but most importantly, I’m just a human being like you, a woman who’s committed to doing the work that’s needed to find acceptance, connection and safety within myself whilst navigating a world that doesn’t always have that in mind.

I feel most alive when holding safe spaces that allow for connection and healing. I know how difficult it can be to embrace all of who you are, to let go of shame and face painful feelings, but all of your parts deserve to be acknowledged, be heard and feel safe enough to be seen. Together, we can create a space that safely, gently and lovingly welcomes all parts of you, so that you can build a sense of empowerment, connection and self-compassion.
