Women’s Circle

A compassionate, loving space exclusively for women to be able to share, get real, celebrate and receive encouragement and support from other sisters in the community on their healing journey.

Your Healing Space

A space for discovering, exploring, feeling and processing emotions. Explore the parts of you that want to be heard and seen, identify beliefs and experience self-acceptance. A powerful 3 hour session which combines sound, breath, movement, meditation and sacred circle, with a focus on emotional healing and self-connection.

Trauma-informed Yoga Classes

Gentle, beginner-friendly yoga for emotional wellbeing. Our yoga classes promote emotional healing, relieve stress, deepen self-connection and support a regulated nervous system.

Trauma-informed Somatic Coaching

Many of us have experienced traumatic events in our lives that impact how we feel and interact in the present moment. This coaching package has a particular focus on somatic practices, trauma-informed education and gaining a felt sense of safety within the body. It will also help you to understand how trauma is currently impacting your life and what you can implement to support your healing journey.

I incorporate my knowledge of holistic trauma healing and psychology, somatic practices and spiritual teachings in my coaching sessions.

Private coaching is great for you if you wish to have personalised support in a safe space, with a focus on emotional regulation, embodiment, shifting undesirable beliefs and behaviours and processing difficult emotions.

Trauma, Healing and Me: an 8-week course

Trauma, healing and me is an 8-week, group container for women that teaches you key principles and practices for trauma healing. This course is for those who wish to learn more about how they can help themselves recover from trauma and how to experience healing. With a focus on somatic teachings, you will be guided through practices that will help you to build capacity to process difficult emotions, create safety within your body and open up to the possibilities available to you post-trauma.

The Empowered Self Transformation Programme is a self-paced online course that focuses on transformational holistic teachings, practices and coaching for emotional healing, stepping into your authentic power and deepening your self-love, self-connection and self-awareness.

It incorporates three main elements: group coaching, self-study and community. All three have been included intentionally to provide a space of accountability, self-reflection, connection, support and education.
