Liah Gibson is the author of The Emotional Wellbeing Toolbox and a trauma healing and self-empowerment enthusiast. She has studied and trained in psychology, mental health first aid, integrative somatic trauma therapy, as well as teachings concerned with energy and the subconscious mind. Some of Liah’s work includes facilitating mental health trainings, leading healing circles and peer counselling groups and teaching trauma-informed educational classes.
