Many of us have experienced traumatic events in our lives that impact how we feel and interact in our present lives. Trauma can leave us feeling unsafe, uncomfortably vulnerable and overwhelmed. It affects our relationships, how we feel about ourselves and how we view the world around us. Trauma-informed somatic coaching will help you to address and understand how trauma lives within you and what you need to feel balanced, whole and safe.

My priority in the coaching process is making sure that you feel heard, validated, seen and understood. Through the power of relationship and somatic practices, we will work together to help you regain choice over how you feel, behave and show up in the world.


How does it work?

I combine personal experience and professional training to help guide you on a path of emotional healing and wellbeing. Somatic coaching is a powerful approach that explores the wisdom of the body and how it can deepen our understanding of our own needs, our beliefs and our trauma.

Together we will explore your relationship with yourself on a body-based level, so that we can transform your beliefs, feelings and behaviour from the ground, up.

If you want to release unhealthy habits, emotions and beliefs, create healthy boundaries, develop feelings of inner safety and self-love and transform your relationship with yourself and others, then this may be for you.


Somatic coaching can be helpful for you if you currently struggle with anxiety, emotional reactivity, overwhelm, feeling safe, feeling connected to your body, attachment wounds, shame, moving forward from past experiences, self-forgiveness and self-compassion, low self-worth, a strong inner-critic and limiting beliefs.

60 minute coaching session: £60

90 minute coaching session: £90

Pre-booked block of 4: (10% discount offered when block booked)

Working hours: Tuesday 10am - 2pm, Wednesdays 10am - 2pm, Thursdays 10am - 2pm
